Handicapper Levels (set by office not handicapper)
Handicapper will log-in and based on his level will be presented with his avalable options. An S or an A will be allowed to post picks. He will be able to choose Free or Guaranteed and choose from 5 available products/prices.

Required Forms: -Log-in -Picks Posting -Review and editing -Pick Display templates, Article Input, Review, Edit Display and Archive templates

On log-in a 'C' capper is only allowed to post an article.
An 'S' capper has a standard supervisor menu with the ability to also post picks and articles.
A 'A' capper has a standard limited admin menu with the ability to also post picks and articles.

- Full access to site specific admin section
- Can post free and guaranteed picks
- Can post articles
A
Active
- Can post free and guaranteed picks
- Can post articles
- Has access to sales reports for his picks only / this site only
C
Contributor
- Can post articles only. Has no access to posting picks.
I
Inactive
- Has record in table, no functionality




Table Descriptions:
Handicappers Table: 
- Connect handicappers to specific sites. Allow specific Admin. reports based on Handicapper levels (see   above)
Sites Table: 
- Connect domains with specific sites
Articles Table: 
- Store articles to be displayed on sites based on Handicapper/Site assignments
Picks Table: 
- Store free and guaranteed picks to be displayed on sites based on Handicapper/Site assignments
Members Table: 
- Retain all current relevant information. Remove unused information.
  Determine if any new feilds are required (



E-mail Verification:
On new customer first purchase do an e-mail address verification before processing the order. If e-mail address comes back as undeliverable stop the proccessing of the order and inform customer to call the office. This will help reduce pending orders that have bad a e-mail address.



Credit Card Data:
History of card number and invoices belonging to that card.



Customer Verification (During registration)
   1) User ID
   2) PW
   3) Street Address/Zip
   4) e mail address
   5) card number



Customer Status
Suspended:
Occurs by manual admin input only.
Active / Inactive: Customer in good standing (not suspended) who has not ordered in 90 days becomes inactive.
